Saving any amount of money on taxes is fantastic especially when the values of the homes and the land here in Corpus Christi are inflated to allow them to charge more so it’s nice to have someone there fighting for us. Wish we could have saved more because the price of the land at my home and most was ridiculously inflated. It didn’t appreciate at $30,000 in one year with no changes or improvements made, but I appreciate the effort and will continue to use this company.

We have used Ownwell services for several years, have had tax reductions every time. Five stars for this! One star withdrawn due to issues with website: we are selling this home, moving out of state, need to cancel auto contract. Unfortunately it is impossible to do this using the website. Although initial advertising said cancellation would be easy there is no way listed anywhere, only advertising to sign up for more services.

Was satisfied with the outcome, but felt that updates and communication should have been more forthcoming.

This was first time using it, and they exceeded my expectations. it was v easy and quick to sign up (i did it on the last day of deadline), and i received communication when there was a delay (due to backlog at the tax protest board). Payment was also v easy. i also like the seeing the calculations on the invoice.

Thank you again so much to Ownwell. I appreciate the effort they go through to help me save money by lowering my taxes. This year was a little less money than what I was saved last year, but hey, I'm not greedy I'll take it because every little bit helps. Tax amounts always change over the years and I am thankful to be doing business with Ownwell again this year. Payment was easy, as it was also easy submitting the photos to help get taxes lower. I also appreciate that they will help with cable bills, house insurance, etc. The experience that I have had with them has been very positive. Thank you again!
