I wish the ownwell site can give home owners the option to opt in or opt out of ownwell challenging our property taxes YEARLY, but there isn’t which is interesting. Plus, charging 25 percent is extremely high when I hear other companies do for it less.

It's one less thing to remember or worry about each year. Regarding our fees, our 25% rate is actually very competitive compared to many other property tax protest companies. Importantly, we only charge a fee when we successfully reduce your property taxes. If we don't save you money, you don't pay us anything.
