I must say, home-buying is a complicated process. There are a lot of factors and variables. And as a first time homebuyer in this challenging housing market and economic environment, I was quite overwhelmed initially. But Jenn, my home advisor at Own Up was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. She willingly and patiently guided me along the process and provided tips on what I should be considering / looking for, especially when selecting a lender/mortgage rate.
