Not reliable and poor communication. I made order 19th of November 2021 and still didn’t receive any confirmation or tracking number. I send message through website but also didn’t receive any reply. I understand that due to forthcoming holidays can be some problems due to big amount of orders but company doing business like this should be prepared because people relying on you. Do not suggest this company, waste of money as i understand.

Avoid this company they do not supply the goods or respond to contact. See below the same message every time someone complains. I ordered a shirt at the start of November ORDER #29721. Zero stars.

AVOID!!! Came across their website and ordered 2 jumpers, sent emails to them have had no response. Registered 'Limited' company in U.K?? Should be closed down in my opinion after reading all of the problems with this company, I paid via Paypal so will open a case now. Don't waste your time effort or money

its been a month and my order is not shipped yet, its still in process, sent email and they wont reply, want a full refund #28986

Very poor communication from this company. No contact from them since order was received by them over 3 weeks ago. Only further adds. I ordered a shirt which shouldn't take this long to process and send out. Not dealing with them again.

I ordered 2 sewing decorations for my friends tree and I am absolutely fuming. They look like 3d on website but when arrived it is a sticker on a piece of plastic. I never received an order number so I can’t supply it. Disgusted. I will not recommend this site to anyone and would strongly recommend buying elsewhere

Ordered few weeks ago. No info. Wrote to the company several times. Only spam with sales was received. So, seems, I just wasted my money. Disgusting. Never buy on this site. UPD. After that review site sent me tracking number. Pretty sure, it is wrong, because there is no info about parsel for 13 days. Support is ignoring again.
