scam scam a scam

Ordered a pair of trainers in a certain size, one week later was told that they didn’t have that size. They then offered another pair in my size to be told again another week later that they aren’t available in my size after being told they definitely were. I don’t know if this is some sort of scam, but it seems very suspicious. I’ve now ordered the same trainers cheaper elsewhere and they arrived within 24hrs.

Do not order anything from this company! You will never receive your product or if you do it will months before you receive it. I believe they are a foreign company, Hong Kong. If I had known that I would have never ordered from them. Beware!!!!!

1. Upon ordering I received my invoice via email. It included a used tracking number that showed the item I ordered had been delivered 2 months prior to the date I placed the order. 2. Customer service did not respond for nearly a week and told me that I received the order. 3. Had to email them to cancel the order 4 more times over the course of a week to get a reply. They refused and sent a new tracking number. 4. I researched the company and found that the bulk of their merchandise is not liscenced from their respective IP owners. 5. I spent even more time attempting contact with the threat of reporting them to CBS Consumer Products (IP owner of all star trek IP), OFFICE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Rights and the FBI. 6. They issued a refund hours later. I would never trust this company. They appear to be inconsistent at best and almost certainly counterfeit merchandise sellers.

This company is a scam. They take the money and give you false information. The products don’t exist. It is not a real company, don’t be fooled you will lose your money. They are scam artists of the highest order.

I have to give you 1 star. Your a ZERO TO ME. Owl Matrix ruined our father's day presents by sending us defective hats. Email after email trying to get them to honor what I paid for they still haven't fixed their mistake. Father's day was in June this us August and I still don't have what I paid for. Bottom line this company doesn't HONOR THEY'RE BRAND!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

I had gotten a Hawaiian shirt to be delivered to my brother in another state for a birthday present. I notified them that they had his address as a billing address and I wanted to correct that to make sure the billing went through correctly and they were rather snarky in the replies. I placed an order on June 7th to be delivered to Kansas and here it's June 21st and it still seems like it's stuck at its shipping partner facility and USPS still doesn't have it. I should have read the reviews before I made a purchase through this crappy ass company and now that I've read about the poor quality of the product I'll be embarrassed when he gets it. I try to avoid china-based companies and I have no idea where these people are.
