Terrible device. Constantly cuts out. Does not give live reading, when I pay for monthly subscription. When contacted help chat, they’ve essentially said my WiFi in not compatible, we have high speed internet that has no other issues with all other devices in our house. Do not recommend, get another device for your baby.

This company uses planned obsolescence. We bought a used owlet sock and it is no longer supported by the company. So if you buy their products there is a good chance it will stop working while you own it for no reason other than there's a new model. Run far and run fast to any other reputable company that actually cares about the families they serve.

Wir hatten die Owlet Sock 3 waren auch sehr zufrieden damit. Jetzt ist sie nach ca. 2 Jahren defekt. Diese Socke gibt es nicht mehr und es ist weder möglich Ersatzteile zu bekommen noch sie in Reparatur zu geben. Die Antwort vom Kunden Support, wir sollen doch einfach die neue Socke kaufen und Teil der Owlet Familie bleiben…einfach unverschämt bei diesen Preisen.

Honestly the biggest waste of money. I have regrettably continued buying for all my babies, as i believed it was a good product. But the amount of times i have had to struggle to get the cam 2 connected to WiFi is an absolute joke!!! And owlet offers no support. Would not recommend to anyone

If I could give 0 stars i would! I got sent a camera with a cable that does not work. I have written close to 20 e-mails back and forth trying to get them to replace it. And every time I provide some proof or info they request, I get a new e-mail with more they need. Now they have begun asking for info and proof i have already given them. Which I tell them, but they just ignore that fact. I seems to me that they are trying to tire me out, so they dont have to replace the cable Absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced. Do NOT recommemd do by anything from them

Völlig überteuert für das was die Firma da abliefert. Seit Wochen nur Probleme mit der Kamera. Oder der Socke. Support kannst in die Tonne drücken. Mehr als ihr Tutorial zum verbinden und einschalten kann der Support auch nicht sagen. Wir sind absolut enttäuscht von eigt so einer geiler Idee. Es hat uns am Anfang wirklich sehr die Angst genommen. Aber mittlerweile ist es einfacher wirklich immer beim Baby vor Ort zu sein als hier ein Fehler korrigieren zu wollen

Owlet sucks. Camera literally never loads or connects. The $20 monitor on Amazon works miles better than this
