Bought the new cam 2 and it does not comply to the standards expected. It cannot record video clips which is supposed to be the special feature. I’ve been in contact with customer support ongoing with false promises. Two months later nothing been fixed and cam still not recording clips. App update out and problem still not fixed as promised. Too expensive and doesn’t do what it says.

Absolutely the worst customer service and company I have come across poor product and support completely unhelpful.

For the price i expected better, i think the owlet is not worth the price, the camera doesn’t record and the quality is rubbish. I honestly regret buying it definitely not worth £400!! Although my wifi connects wll and my app works i am very disappointed with the item its cheaply made !!

Worst customer experience you can imagine. Camera stopped working - pretty fundamental for something like a baby monitor. Their customer service on the phone couldn’t help so said someone would call me back - got an email instead asking me questions I’d already answered. Still not resolved, not sure if I’m dealing with people who are really stupid or deliberately being awkward - but the solutions they keep providing are ones I’ve already tried, and they seem to fail to grasp the camera is broken. Avoid this company, overpriced and the worst customer service you could inagine

Disgusting customer service. If I could turn back time and buy a different product I would. The price point of the sock is premium and as a company they are aware it’s a lifeline for many parents. If that’s so why are the parts used such low quality, we have had almost every part replaced yet this still break very fast. They are happy to send socks out to influencers but working products to parents who need the product no chance. All we want is a product working that we can rely on. Avoid avoid avoid

Avoid avoid avoid Bought this cam an sock for my new born son first night I put the sock on my baby and it alerts me his oxygen levels are zero even though he was in my arms whilst this was alerting me so I knew he was fine still scared me so I refused to use that then I thought I’d just use the camera and put it in my little girls room as she’s a night waker there are many issues with the camera it lacks so it shows that she’s asleep and really she’s awake out her room crying,it turns it self off so I can’t see her, it stops giving you notifications for Sound of movement it is just the awful thing to spend your money on if you’re looking for a reliable way to check your kids safety will be looking for a new camera for when my son moves room

J’ai acheté une chaussette connectée 329e et je ne l’ai pas. La Poste a perdu notre colis et cela fait plus d’un mois que je demande un remboursement au service client d’owlet, en vain. Je n’ai aucune réponse de leur part. C’est inadmissible et c’est du vol. Je ne vais pas en rester là.

DO NOT BUY!!!! This company's customer service is absolutely terrible. I had issues with receiving notifications from the owlet V3 sock. I contacted customer service for advice who initially tried to claim the issue was with my phone. However every device I tried was the same. Their next step was to tell me I needed to do a factory reset on the owlet camera, an entirely different product that I don't even have. The play store/ Twitter/ Instagram etc. are full of people complaining about similar issues but this company seems to stick it's head in the sand and ignore the problems with current products and instead release new ones. If you take the wellbeing of your child seriously do not buy anything carrying the owlet name.
