I can't believe they are still selling this product. We like many others brought this thinking it would put our minds at rest when our baby is sleeping. I can tell you now it did the opposite as the other reviews state on here: It does not connect or keeps cutting out. The alarm for low oxygen goes off in the middle of the frightening the hell out of you and yet the baby is fine!! And the worst one is that the foot monitor actually burnt our babies foot! Terrible customer services and rude! Brought all of the above to them and there answer was: that we have no legal or medical evidence of this!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!

Just RETURN IT! Listing problems with Owlet: - The app randomly shuts off and takes several attempts to get it back on. - It has a delay - sound keeps cutting in and out - it freezes all the time so need to close it down and reopen it. - room temperature feature is not working - takes forever to bring up the camera feed on app - black screen when you try to view baby on camera Many of the issues appear to be with the app and the connection it has with the camera. I brought my issues to Owlet and they said they won't be able to refund me as I bought it through John Lewis, and its been way passed 30 days return policy. They scam you as you wouldn't be using the monitor before the baby is born so if you waited to use the monitor months after the baby is born (passed the 30 days) there is no way of returning it for a refund... they've scammed me! Just buy a cheap camera system from amazon!

Daily issues with Camera need to re-open app 2/3 times for the camera to work. Tonight I’m having issues with Sock 3 as well.

Baby camera is a disaster. Oxygen and HR monitor did its job… can’t really complain but baby camera is the worst product of this nature I had. It poorly connects to my phone app, always gets frozen, very slow to open. Also, I don’t recommend getting baby camera and watching your baby through your phone app - eats battery in a heartbeat and you can’t use your phone during a baby nap time. Stay away from this cam- there are way better baby monitors out there.

This is the worse baby monitor you can get,softwere is faulty and it take ages to connect,it has massive deleys,HD quality is not an hd,and you can not use your phone and have the camera on in the same time 0/10

This product is a great idea, however it fails miserably at what it’s supposed to do. This camera can never connect to the app. It’s offline more than it’s online. And when it is online, the video quality is garbage. I’ve had better luck with my cheap Amazon camera.

Un cadeau de naissance qui n’a jamais fonctionné et le service client qui ne respecte pas son obligation de conformité ! Il réclame une facture qui ne nous a jamais été délivrée et prétend que le numéro de série pourtant unique n’est pas suffisant ! Bref de l’argent jeté par la fenêtre et je rejoins les autres commentaires sur le service client !
