Wir können die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Dauernd Fehlmeldungen.

Trying to return an unopened purchase. Only communication is by email. Very slow to respond. Please can someone get in touch? This was not my preferred method of communication.

Awful customer service. No phone number. Not responsive via messages. Ticket outstanding for over two weeks and still not resolved. Appalling.

Worst device I ever brought. Sock is constantly disconnecting WiFi. Or Searching for base comes up on the app. Then it’s a tedious reconnection method each time. The base can’t get any closer to the WiFi point. Just a terrible designed and engineered product whoever wrote the code for it needs sacking.

It's really difficult to get it to connect. (The first time it took me a few hours). You need an internet connection for it to work! (Even if you are in the same wifi, the data goes through their servers) Today they are having server issues. It just stopped working. After trying for 2 hours to reconnect it & finally contacting support, they tell me that they have a server issue and that it works for no one. As I am writing this, it's still not working. a) It's bad enough that my baby monitor stopped working b) You should have the decency to tell me that it's not working The sock itself is very useful. Unfortunately, everything else (the app, the company, the documentation, the camera) is really terrible. I hope a better company comes along and builds a similar product, which I'd love to switch to immediately

Bought this for our daughter. Worked flawlessly for a year and a half, then it all started to go downhill. We got a Yellow placement alarm at 4:32am one morning. Spent about an hour to get the sock positioned correctly and gave up - took it off and went to sleep without it. Spent most of the following day trying to get the sock to connect to the base station and just came back with Yellow warnings and refused to send any readings. Contacted Customer Services to get a replacement sensor as I had worked out it was the sensor at fault. four weeks of back and forward, sending pictures and emails and eventually they sent the replacement sensor - note that it was four weeks of no monitoring of my daughter at night! The replacement part arrived and I had the sock working in less than 30 minutes. Things back to normal.... until... Fast forward 9 months and during the night we get another Yellow warning. Go check and reposition the sock and realise we are back in the same position for 10 months earlier - the sock will not send readings and just goes into Yellow warning mode. Contact Customer Services AGAIN, and go into the same loop - this time cut slightly shorter as we were told "I am sorry for the issue it sounds like it might be a problem with the sensor. Since it is out of the 2 year UK warranty you would need a replacement sensor to resolve the issue." even though the sensors is less than a year old. They are wanting another £100 to fix the same issue I had previously. Annoyingly, Owlet sell socks up to 5 years of age so am I wrong the expect the warranty should cover the span of the device they suggest! I have resorted on going back to John Lewis who are offering £155 refund under the Sale Of Goods Act after I complained. Please do not waste your money on this device - for a company selling safety of your child and peace of mind, the product and customer service don't meet the basic requirements to fulfil this.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Please take your money elsewhere and purchase a reliable product through a company that respects its customers! We purchased the sock and camera duo 20 months ago for our daughter (less than two years ago) and the camera has been complete garbage since the beginning. It constantly goes offline, cuts out and has a minimum 30 second lag. I had woken up in the middle of the night to my daughters muffled cries down the hallway because our camera went "offline" in the night. We had our Bell Fibe internet speed tested and were told we have the best internet available. I have read many poor reviews about their monitor. We ended up buying a new camera as we could not rely on this camera at all. As per our sock, we loved it up until it stopped working this past week for no apparent reason. We only had 20 months with this sock. I contacted Owlet as I assumed with having owned it for such a short amount of time and spending $600 on this less than two years ago that they would happily send us a replacement sensor. To my disbelief, because we are out of the "one year warranty", they want us to spend another $175 on the sensor and essentially laughed at me for thinking they would send us the new part for free. We have moved on to the Nanit and we highly recommend it! Their customer service is EXCELLENT and their products are much more reliable and amazing quality. Don't risk purchasing from this company and receiving a faulty item and being treated with the utmost disrespect by their customer service. We have enough on our plates as new moms and $600 is A LOT to spend to have it die in less than two years. We had hoped to use it with our next baby as it should have lasted more than 20 months. Please spend your money elsewhere! There are so many better options on the market.
