Excellent website. The live chat representative helped us navigate a gift card situation without hesitation and resolved our issue. The tracking of the delivery was made simple, the artwork arrived on time, it was packaged securely, and most important, it was beautiful.

The service was great and I got my painting very quickly. However, I object to being forced to choose a magazine (even if it is free). It is only free until the subscription expires and then I will be charged for the next year or pushed into buying another year subscription. That is annoying and there should be a way to opt out of that.

I was told when I called about the artwork I purchased that it would have a rough texture and look like oil paint was on the canvas. I opened it today and it is perfectly smooth and looks like just a copy. I'm really disappointed since I told the person I spoke with that I wouldn't buy it if it didn't look like a real oil painting with the thickness of the paint. He assured me several times that that's what it would look like. Even your authenticity card that came with the painting States oil paint on canvas and it definitely doesn't look that way!

Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment you experienced with your recent purchase of the hand-painted oil painting, "Flaming June," originally created by Lord Frederic Leighton. Upon reviewing your order, we understand that the artist's technique may differ from the textured style associated with artists like Van Gogh. We genuinely regret any mismatched expectations and want to ensure your satisfaction. Our customer care department is ready to assist you promptly. Please reach out to us at 1-866-686-1888, and we will be more than happy to facilitate an exchange or return to address your concerns. Once again, we appreciate your valuable feedback, and we look forward to the opportunity to make things right. Best regards, Amitai of the Customer Support Team

Disappointed in the likeness of the painting to the original. The subjects’ features are clownish in comparison to the original.
