The shipping was very efficient and fast! Their customer service gets 10 stars. Had to do an exchange and received the replacement before my return had arrived. the carpet itself is excellent wool quality and a fun , unusual design!

I received my package but the contents were not as expected. I contacted Overstock customer service and was told to contact the seller directly for resolution. The seller said they could not help because the order came through Overstock. Multiple calls to both with no assistance whatsoever other than to both parties acknowledge that the website needs to be corrected as it is currently very inaccurate. Overstock Customer Care placed me on hold for over an hour before I finally hung up. There has been no demonstrated willingness to assist in any way, with each party explaining why the other is responsible. Promised return phone calls never occur. after too many attemps on my part (alone it seems) to resolve this in a reasonable manner I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Good luck with this business.

Well when I ordered the diamond earrings I kept checking to see if they were shipped yet and then got a notice that you canceled my order no more in stock
