Ordered a dining room light fixture and the shipping was heavily delayed, as in never shipped out. I called and requested cancellation multiple times and was told the issue was escalated and that I would receive a callback with a resolution. Had to call back multiple more times and was informed that a replacement was ordered that I DID NOT authorize. Still haven’t heard back from Overstock about requested cancellation. Was told that if it eventually ships and I receive the item I can request a return but would have to pay for return shipping. I absolutely declined that option. Had to dispute charge with my credit card company. Will never order from this company again.

Well for one I ordered it last Friday haven’t gotten it yet and it’s being delivered by UPS and I don’t think they’re gonna bring a sofa into my house. Haven’t heard a word from anybody you UPS nothing supposed to come today but I’m an old woman and I don’t I can’t bring in the sofa by myself so I will never use you again. I will never purchase anything from you again. I think this is the worst thing that’s probably ever gonna happen to me besides death.
