Have tried to make 2 purchases of rings both purchases have been cancelled due to "out of stock" but when you go back to the item its available but now 3 times the cost of what the original purchase was.

I ordered an outdoor rug and got conflicting information about whether it had been shipped or not and what the delivery date was. I emailed customer service and they were able to discover that it had been shipped. I ordered one rug but received two! I was told to just keep the extra rug. WOW!

I never received an order confirmation email or an email that my purchase was sent! I did in fact receive what I ordered, but no communication from over stock made me wonder!
