I ordered 4 items for my garden. I received 2 out of 4 of them. I called and they refunded me 1 out of 2 that I didn't receive then they gave me a different businesses' email so I can figure out why my 4th item wasn't delivered. I ordered through them they should help me. I really don't have time for this. I gave them 1 star because one of the items that I did receive was missing pieces to it. Not like the picture!

Ordered two lamps. Delivered to wrong address and stolen from porch. After many calls and inquires no refund. I'm out over $200. I will never do business with them again and I will tell all of my poor experience with them.

We but some outdoor furniture from overstock.com and we just put it together for our 4th of July pool party. So glad that I was the one the fell though the cheaply made wood couch. Thank god that it was not one of my guests. Call overstock.com but they were rude and told me " maybe if you put it together right that would have not happened." I can't believe that they are saying it's my fault. The furniture is made poorly and they should not sell it. Someone is going to get hurt.

Never buy from overstock.com they have mega shipping issues and problems with warehouses. Blacked out all time off for employees for the summer forcing parents to have to cancel all family plans and trips for the summer. Require all employees to work mandatory 5 to 10 hours ot a week. Making it impossible to have a life outside of work

I've had the pleasure of buying many times over with the best sales and quality items from Overstock.Com. Their prices are reasonable with the fastest shipping. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great gift ideas. Everyday there's a new great sale on so many items for home or a gift.

I have tried on four separate occasions to resolve a complaint about Overstock not awarding per-purchase award points. One chat, one telephone call and first email only resulted in an email days later advising that I could see my points on their site. DUH. That is how I realized there was a problem. Two more emails with their laughable promise of responding within 24 hours, and no response. I will use my remaining points on a purchase and drop them.

Warning to all!!!!!!!!!! never ever buy a mattress from this place !!!!!! My wife ordered a new mattress from this place and it has turned into the worst experience of my life and I am 62 years old. I never ever had a bed bug bite in my life. The mattress came wrapped in plastic. we took the plastic off. the first thing that happened is we could tell the mattress was used. now we have a bed bug infestation. They have taken over our bedroom. Now we have a war with a bed bug infestation and the supposedly new mattress cost us $800.00. I was horrified when I all of a sudden bit up all over my body. As I said, I never had a bed bug problem. The last bed I purchased was a craftmatic that cost 5k but it burned up in a house fire. This is ridiculous. Overstok.com sucks and believe me you get what you pay for. Buy an expensive bed even if you need to finance it. or go to sears and haul it home yourself.
