The items are high quality and came packaged and shipped very nicely. The only complaint is the order took a long time for delivery, and the site was down the whole time I wanted to check my order status. I had to call to verify that the order was still coming and get a prospective date. The customer service was friendly and accurate with their information and resolved my issues. As a customer ordering expensive items for shipment and delivery I would appreciate more communication, texts, emails, a working link that will give order status updates.
