I like overstock, but the fact that I have to wait a couple days for my payment to process then another couple of days for it to ship is ridiculous. Then instead of a guaranteed delivery date, I get an estimated date which changes to a later date instead of an earlier one every time I check the tracking.

I ordered 2 bolts of Pellon TP971F Fusible Thermolam Plus and received the packages in a timely manner. I opened them and everything looked good, the bolts were marked with the Pellon label so I put them in my stash to use when needed. Well today I needed to use some and I am very disappointed to see that I received TP978F instead of TP971F. The 971 label was put overtop of the 978 one that was on the bolt. Big difference in the thickness and stability. Would not order from Overtock again. Deceiving the customer is unacceptable!

I’d give no stars if I could! Placed order and once completed it states 2-4 weeks delivery despite claiming to be a UK company. I emailed within minutes demanding my money back. Despite replying to my email stating delivery time, they ignored my cancellation demand. Subsequent emails ingored. Should have checked on here before being involved! DO NOT USE!

I have always had very good service from overstock. I’ve had damage from shipping and never had a problem getting a refund. Customer service was always polite and helpful. I have ordered rugs, console and chest of drawers.

I am never shopping on Overstock again. Their prices are not 70% less. It is a blatant lie. I ordered a cat tower on Overstock. An hour later I see the same model on Amazon $39 cheaper I contacted Overstock and asked them to cancel. They told me I will get an email in 24-48 hours. It has been five days. I talked to six different reps . There is neither cancelation nor tracking number. This is the worst customer service.

Don't buy from Overstock. I find that the customer service will tell you anything to make a sale, only to find out you cannot return it because what the agent told you wasn't true. At one time Overstock stood by their customers. Now, it's the vendors who are always in the right, despite the inconvenience they put their customers through. Consumer Affairs show Overstock ratings to be one star, just one. That says something!

If you don't mind paying for something and then waiting a month to get it with ZERO communication than you should shop here. In this day with Amazon out there who in their right mind would run a company like this? HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased a $900 patio set on October 3 and still have no tracking info. And the company is clueless about where it is! And when I tried to cancel they told me they'd have to charge me $147 for return shipping. I don't even have it yet! You can't make this up!

Service zeer slecht. Tafel gekocht in toonzaal en dan verwacht je dat je dezelfde of ongeveer dezelfde tafel thuis krijgt. Na drie andere tafels geleverd te hebben en met hen in discussie te gaan.. Komt het erop neer dat je de derde tafel best kunt nemen met een waardebon. Ze hebben echter al gunst twee keer gedaan door een andere tafel te brengen. Ondanks dat er putten en serieuze kleurverschillen in de tafels zitten. We hadden er ook nog een bestelling van een mat lopen. Deze mat zijn ze gisteren komen leveren.. Aan 1 zijkant zit een gele kleur. Terwijl dit licht van kleur is. Klantenservice trekt op niks en service van de winkels ook niet. Na boos naar de winkel te gaan en mat daar te laten, gaan ze woensdag contact met ons opnemen.. Zodat we ons geld terugkrijgen.. Nooit koop ik daar nog iets. Service trekt op niks en je krijgt andere items toegestuurd dan degene die jij besteld hebt. Er is altijd wel iets mis mee.
