I ordered the 11k diamond bracelet for a sale price and they canceled my order saying it was out of stock and then they raised the price of the bracelet and are selling it on stock at a higher price. It was never out of stock! They lied. They just didnt want to sell it for the sale price. The customer service people kept beating around the bush. This company sucks. They just lie. The bracelet is still in stock.

One of the doors on the heavy 2-door wood cabinet was completely broken off. To make matters worse, it was quite clear that someone had used very small finishing nails to try to reattach the splintered door before wrapping it in bubble wrap for shipment. Seriously -- beyond poor quality control. Overstock, you should do better. Modifying my 1-star review, as I appreciated speaking with a rep the following day, who helped arrange shipment of a new item and pickup of the damaged one. Thank you, Overstock. I look forward to receiving an intact cabinet. The 3-star review is more for your supplier, TimberGirl, for knowingly packing and shipping a cabinet with a door completely separated from the cabinet and shabbily nailed together in an inexcusable way.

Overstock replaced a malfunctioning floor lamp. service was great, got the OK to replace. I love the lamp, but when put together the finial is taller than in the photo of it when purchased. I will find a replacement finial because I really like the lamp.

There are chips and a crack in the piece of furniture I purchased, disappointing. Otherwise I love it.

I really like the rug that I purchased but was very disappointed that it did not arrive by the quoted delivery date of Oct 14. I planned to put it a room where I was installing a grand piano the following day, so I had to use a different rug instead of the one I ordered.
