Bought a carpet that when delivered, didn’t like it at all. Tried to return it and said it was too late to return ( 2 days!). Called customer service (and it was a human!) and they realized it was an error. That I could return within 30 days and was able to return. Got the RMA and returned to UPS that day. Everything went well! Thank you Overstock for having HUMANS ANSWER THE PHONE!…and taking care of your customers. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Love, love overstock for rugs! Just moved and needed a couple of rugs to finish my space. I can always find something that looks great there.

I ordered the same ring 2 times. Both were canceled .First time never gave a reason. 4 days later an email came out apologizing for the canceled item and said I could order it again. So I did just to find out 2 days later got canceled again. Called your customer service and they told me the rings were sent defective and that was why it was canceled. I contacted pompeii and they were not aware of any defective items. They did tell me that there was a price increase on the ring. Called Overstock again and they told me the ring was out of stock. Your website showed it was available. I never experienced such a huge disappointment not once but twice.The Overstock website had the price over $600 more than what I paid for it.

I found an item that I could not find on any other site. It was in stock. It was delivered on time and the item is perfect!

So far, the quality of this product far surpasses the expense. I have barely seen one feather leak through. The product smelled absolutely fine even after being freshly opened from the plastic container. It seems to be a perfect match for my body temperature. Nice and toasty, without being too hot. Love it!

There was something white on cushion. It took awhile but I got it scrubbed off.
