This place is horrific as is it’s customer service. I ordered a quartz sink and strainers, it arrives quick but box was destroyed i took pics and opened the box to find the sink was broken and the strainers were not inside(I paid installer without 24 hour cancellation I had to pay them. I contacted overstock sent pics they said would expedite a new set. Well the sink comes in but no strainers once again I had to pay a installer but could not install i did not have all my parts. I called overstock now I’m FURIOUS, they said they would send the strainers asap, next day I get a call and a VM from an idiot rep who said she researched and the strainers did not come with the sink so they stopped the order, I called furious again and explained had the idiot RESEARCHED as her VM stated she’d have seen I did pay to the sum of 60.00 for the strainers so finally they are shipped. They cost me an extra 300.00(two appointments for install) this was my first and LAST PURCHASE HERE. I could have paid a bit more in store but saved the headache and annoyance and with what they cost me in install fees that I had to cancel I would have saved a ton.

The bookkeeping at Overstock is abysmal. They're charging me for Club O membership I thought I had cancelled and they tell me they don't recognize my phone number but call me. Then there's a screw up because of two separate accounts because of two email addresses. I'm pretty sure I had told someone to use gmail address and that's where I get billing notices. Finally talked w a young man who was a bit difficult to understand but I think( think!) he might have succeeded in cancelling a membership I didn't know I had or wanted. Never dealing w them again.

Compre unas puertas y me llegaron faltando una parte, les escribí y me dijeron que la enviarían y nunca lo hicieron. Me ofrecieron 20$ De una compra de 400$ y la parte que faltó vale 30$ en Amazon. Le pedí 50$ de devolución y ya no quisieron hablar más,Son unos irresponsables. Nunca mas comprare en esa empresa. Overstock es terrible, desordenado e irresponsable.

Horrible company. They overcharge you for junk. I spent over $600 for 4 counter stools. As soon as I took them out of the box they looked cheap and like junk. I should have sent them back then. Less than 6 months later they are all ruined. The cushions are lumpy, 2 of the backs broke and they aren't comfortable to sit in anymore. Sad thing is, we hardly use them. I took pictures and posted a 1 star review. They said it could take up to 5 business days to review the rating and post it to their website. Well that was a month ago and it's still not posted. They are basically defrauding customers by not posting bad reviews about the junk they are selling. It's deceitful and not an honest business practice.

This is reference to a floor lamp: The first time I ordered, the shipping info was never updated and the item never came. A replacement was sent after some back and forth with customer service, but the box was very beat up when it arrived, and when I unpacked it, the top-most metal shade was bent into an oval (it should be round). I tried to bend it back - it looks a little better, but it is still not round and the shade has dimples from being crushed in transit. Now Overstock has me holding onto all the packaging and the damaged lamp so it can be "inspected" at my house by UPS sometime in the next 10 business days - one more step in this long, drawn out process. I'm hoping I'll get a replacement lamp in new condition eventually, as it looks like a great lamp. My money, $270, has been tied up for weeks. To add insult to injury, customer service keeps trying to get me to pay $19.95 for "Club O" whenever they email me about the lamp issues - pretty annoying when I've been having so much trouble getting what I ordered.

Overstock shows free 2-day shipping. It supposed arrived today, however the tracking shows it will arrived oct 20. I will have no bed for 5 days. The customer service only said:” let me explain, or sorry. There is no help. I told them just change the free 2-day shipping if you can do it. This is really bad experience. I will never ever shop at overstock. Stupid company

This company is a scam a rip-off don't waste your time or your money!!! customer service act like they have an attitude alls they care about is getting your money they don't help you when you have a problem avoid this place like the plague!!!👎👎👎☠️☠️☠️

I. Just read that my rug I ordered was delivered and signed for at an address in the USA.....funny I live in Canada !!!!!! Cant get any where trying to talk to a person, not type to a pretend person, or reply back from an email. Never ever again !!!!!!
