I ordered the wrong rug and then there…
I ordered the wrong rug and then there was no link to cancel my order. I called customer service line but it was after hours. I hope when I call tomorrow I can still cancel and order the correct one.

I had to cancel my original order…
I had to cancel my original order because I left out the Suite number. Then I had to put the order in again. A waste of time since customer service could have taken care of this easily.
