The agent who helped me was truly outstanding. He understand what I needed right away and offered me lots of good solutions. I was actually amazed at how easy it was to get to a human and how quickly and thoroughly he helped me - best customer service I have had in forever!

The chairs we ordered required way too much work putting them together. 3 hours for 2 chairs and I am a mechanic!!!

I signed up to receive emails for a 15% discount on any items. I waited to receive the discount, but it never came. I went ahead and ordered 2 pieces of furniture without the promised discount. Six hours later I received the discount email. Customer service refused to give me the discount because I already placed the order. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! You should honor the discount!! It would be $150 savings.
