I placed my order, using the PayPal method that you guys offered, and I process all of my information on PayPal site, it goes back to your website to complete the order, then your site tells me something went wrong. Please try again. Well I did THREE times, and it charged me THREE TIMES. When it should not have.. so u ended up processing the payment w my cc on your site.. that’s horrible. Now i have to deal with trying to get my refund

I love shopping overstock. No matter what I’m looking for, there’s always plenty choices to choose from, at very reasonable prices. This particular order was for curtains. I found many different options and I was able to find the perfect ones for me.

Update: Overstock reached out to me and said they would honor the 10%, so review changes from 1 star to 4. Not 5, because they should have honored it the first time. I will do business with Overstock again. I placed a large order for tile less that 48 hours ago. This morning, I received an email for Labor Day sale offering an additional 10% off. My order has not been shipped, so I called and asked if I could either 1) have the 10% off added to my prior purchase 2) cancel my order and reorder at 10% off. I was rudely told no on both counts. We are currently building a new home and had planned to do much of our home furnishing through Overstock. However, with such poor customer service towards a customer of record for many years, we will not be using Overstock for anymore purchases. Apparently loyalty and customer service means nothing to Overstock, they are only concerned with making money.
