When putting together a screw…
When putting together a screw underneath the table caused the wood on top to crack. They told me to glue it and gave a $30 refund. No Overstock again for me.

The screws did not line up and it has…
The screws did not line up and it has been a nightmare to return. The customer service is awful, they do not listen or return your call when they say they will. They are on auto pilot.

You advertised a product that was out…
You advertised a product that was out of stock even though it stated 5 left. I spoke with a customer service rep who said she would reach out to the manufacturer to see if I could get it but haven't heard back
