We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delivery. We understand how disruptive it is to rearrange your schedule. Our system will give an estimated delivery date based on your zip code but that is an estimate only. We have reviewed the order of the sectional and most of the boxes were delivered on 09/14. Two more will reach you between 09/15-09/16.
