Inability to connect with customer service regarding my order. I keep getting a "Call cannot be completed at this time, try later," regardless of the time I call. I needed to ask an important delivery question in reference to products I ordered on 9/7/2026.
Response from Overstock.comSep 14, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've experienced trying to reach our customer service team. We have looked over your account and do show you were able to speak to a representative on 09/11.

website good, shipping info terrible. No indication if purchase shipped UPS/USPS/other, makes tracking number difficult to check. Purchase sat for 8 days before being shipped out, still have not received.

Commutation is not great. I ordered, received a confirmation email, but when I clicked on the " view order" it says I don't have an order. Still no update at this point and my delivery is supposed to be in a few days.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our records indicate all orders have been delivery at this time. If you need any further assistance, please reach out to us at [email protected].

I ordered two bed frames. A day before the scheduled delivery, Overstock cancelled the order because the beds were out of stock. First off, how did they not know sooner? Second, they never said when they were restocking. Third, it’s been three days and I haven’t yet seen the refund. Never again!
Response from Overstock.comSep 14, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your bed frame. We understand how disappointing it is to have an order cancelled unexpectedly. Your account was reviewed and we have confirmed your purchase was refunded.

My order was confirmed and several days later the order was cancelled by Overstock. Why is the item listed on your website if you don't have it available to ship. Yes, I did get a full refund. Thank you. But that doesn't explain why the item is STILL available to order on Overstock website.

My rug was ordered and delivered very quickly. When it arrived, it was exactly what I wanted - very beautiful. Overstock made the whole process easy and convenient. It was also a great price for a rug this size (9x12).
