Ordered my ring with delivery date of 8/27/26…contacted customer service when date came and went.. customer service assured me ring would ship by 9/4/26.. 9/7/26 my label was created for “2 day shipping” yet the package still shows sitting in Illinois… it’s end of day, mail has ran.. 9/8/26.. still not scanned. I’m frustrated and don’t know if or when I will get my ring. I feel like they’re delaying to avoid having time to dispute returns if ring anrrives and isn’t as it was described. Something. This is beyond irritating. Do not recommend.

We ordered 2 chairs to add to the four chairs recently purchased with table and these matched almost perfectly. Ordering was easy and they arrived well packaged in a reasonable period of time. Each chair required installing 11 bolts. Instructions were adequate with drawings though arrows were a bit confusing. A small amount of oil and pre-threading each bolt loosely by hand helped solve misalignment of the bolts especially the three that hold the seat in place. The worst criticism is the Allen wrench included is poor quality and very slow to use in the space allotted. I cut off a piece of the wrench to use as a connect between the bolt and my 1/4 inch rachet wrench and proper sized tool to tighten bolts and save lots of effort and time. Very satisfied with chairs.

You cancelled my order without contacting me; whatever the issue was, I am sure it could have been fixed via email, and my money has still not been refunded.

The order came but is missing the table and I cannot get in touch with anyone from customer service. It says the order is fully delivered, but we never got the table to our set.

The tables are nicer than I expected. They arrived on time and in good shape. We are looking forward to many dinners on our patio.
