Poor customer service communication regarding order status on purchases. Unable to track my order placed on Sep 7th. When checking order details I get the message: « You haven’t placed any orders yet ». Uncertain when the order will arrive or if the order is actually being processed. Very dissaponting.
Response from Overstock.comSep 14, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the frustration and uncertainty you're experiencing with your recent order. It's completely understandable to be concerned. Your order of the rug has been looked over and UPS did mark that as delivered on 09/11.
