I ordered four rugs and four carpet pads. The products are fine. There were two challenges: First, the pads shipped separately from the rugs which was not mentioned anywhere on the site, so when the rugs arrived without the pads I thought there was a big oversight. Luckily the customer care representative was friendly and efficient, and was able to let me know about the separate shipments. Second, I ordered four rugs with the same pattern but what arrived were three rugs with the pattern I ordered and one rug with a very different pattern (I.e. lines versus paisley-ish). Luckily it has the same colors as the ones I ordered so I’m making it work… because who wants to wrap and ship back a 10’ x 10’ rug?!

The selection was mind boggling, but the filter made it easier.

I have been shopping at overstock for 20+ years and always find good products and prices.

This worked out great! Well packaged, all parts were there. Directions easy to follow. Says it takes two people to put together, but I’m a 70 year old woman and put it together by myself. I did need a step ladder, is all, and I’m tall. I built two sets in one afternoon.

I have no information on it… I’m heading back to Wayfair after this

I ordered a mirror and it came damaged

I look at many companies to order an umbrella and stand for my families holiday weekend. Overstock was the only company that showed a Saturday delivery so I ordered with them. It did not arrive until we all left our cabin on Tuesday following the holiday weekend. SUPER disappointed!

The description of the pillows I ordered was 17" x 17". They weren't even close to that dimension. Have to return items and wait for a replacement. Hope the new items are of the correct size.
