Never received product

Shipping was quick, which I love and the price was great! However, these rugs were to replace the same exact ones that I have from a few years ago and the quality is just not the same. They definitely aren’t a high quality rug which I am aware and this is because I replace them often, but the quality has definitely went down from my previous order!

Excited to get my new canasta set! The price was great and should be getting it in a few days!

I ordered a writing desk that specifically states it is a 50-inch writing desk. My space will fit a desk that is 51 inches exactly so this should have been perfect. The item arrived...I took half a day of work to be home for it. The box states it is a 54 inch writing desk. We opened the box assuming it was a mistake, took the desk out, and it was in fact a 54 inch writing desk. I do not believe the description on the site is correct. I called customer service. They were like robots...just kept asking if I wanted a replacement. I asked if they would send a 50 inch desk or if the description is wrong and they'd be sending another 54-inch desk. They did not know and could not get a hold of anyone to verify if this was in fact a wrong site description or the wrong product was sent. Huge inconvenience of having to call multiple times with no resolution so far.
