Prompt delivery. The product was exactly as described. The assembly took some time but the instructions were easy to follow and once assembled I was pleased with the sturdiness and quality of the product.

I will probably keep this charm since it was on Labor Day sale but it is not proportionate for the pic provided. The engraved detail is not as defined as shown in the stock photo either. Just not accurately represented.

I am so happy with the bed I got. And it only took 2 days to get here...not to brag about overstock but i ordered a bed from amazon and in five days they told me they didn't know when I would get it...so i ordered from overstock. I have a disabled husband and i needed the bed...I give overstock 10 stars...so satisfied with this company.
