Was super excited to find ottomans that were the perfect size for what I needed. Bonus storage, beautiful legs, and the color seemed to work OK ( Dark Orange). The image seemed to have the orange color, but when I received them, they were unfortunately an ugly muddy terracota/brownish. I' m keeping them, because I don't want to deal w/ return hassles. Will have to get them reupholsterd when I find the color that better matches what I thought I was ordering. Also, the tracking is awful, went from shipped to delivered, no in between. I really don't think I will shop this site anymore. Dissapointed : (

Good delivery and product

They're great at communicating. Merchandise always arrives packed well. It does seem as though it takes an abnormally long time for the purchase to go through or at least customer notification.

when I ordered, there wasn't any shipping charges. my chairs arrived when you said they would and there was no damage on my product. oh, and the price very fair.

I love my new Christmas holly berry doormat. It is sturdy and just as described. Delivery was on time and respectful of my property. Price was reasonable too.

I love my bar stools. Absolutely easy to put together. The stools are very study.

Correct item was shipped quickly which was nice, but there is a ding in the wood part of the piece ordered. Not major enough to return but disappointing.
