The brackets supplied for the underside…
The brackets supplied for the underside of the bench could not be installed - there were no predrilled holes and the tiny screws provided could not penetrate the dense wood

The product was not properly described
The product was not properly described. It had an awful harsh quality and it was not apparent. A cotton dress is soft and flowy. It was a rigid jeans material and rough. It came late and when I wanted to return it, the plain PDF was not sent and I was sent a link to go to UPS. Overall horrible shopping experience. Won't be shopping with Overstock anymore!

Every single order I made got cancelled…
Every single order I made got cancelled using three different payment methods. Nobody answered any emails about the issues. I called several times as well. Sent multiple emails with no reply at all. Pleaded for responses or reasons why to no avail.
