Package arrived on time but one of the items was broken. I emailed Overstock about it, but didn’t get a response.

Searching for the item was easy, tracking was helpful, and product is being enjoyed by my daughter and her family.

The size 7 x 9 is perfect and the quality is good. It is less dense than I had hoped, but it is definitely serviceable and the price was absolutely great! Delivery was fast.

Ordering is always simple and delivery is usually fast. The only issue is the no return policy on designer items. Although always priced better than retail, prices are still high enough to expect to at least have the ability to exchange or return for credit the same as similar sites.

The dresser is beautiful and stylish. It is easy to assemble. The only issue is that the color is darker than in the online picture. I really love this piece of furniture for our bedroom.

Bag came well packaged and required signature. Good communication regarding updates on shipping.

I spent hours looking at dressers on Amazon, Wayfare and Overstock. I decided on the one at Overstock because it was made of wood and not composites. Also free shipping which all had. t arrived when promised but the tracking updates weren't helpful. You couldn't track it. Ultimately all was well. Two boxes arrived - one in great shape and one coming undone. I was afraid there would be damage of missing parts but, again, everything was fine. Unbelievable packaging.

I never received my rug purchase! Keep saying it's in process.
