The item shipped quickly, but the website did not state the bedding item was dry clean only. I tried to initiate a return online, but the return link was broken, so I had to do it by phone. After sitting on hold for a few minutes, I was able to do so.

Today is September 14th. I am still waiting on area rugs that were to have been delivered on the 10th. I got a shipment delayed email that said I would receive on the 12th. When I go back to the site to see when the new delivery date is, it still says the 12th. When I click Track Shipment it still shows the 12th. Not happy at all!!!
Response from Overstock.comSep 22, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the tracking information. We have checked into your order and confirmed UPS marked your rugs as delivered on 09/15.
