Cancelled order without my consent
I ordered a bedroom furniture set online. Four days later I get an email saying my order was cancelled without any indication as to why it was cancelled. After calling customer support I was told I should have received an email from Overstock or Bed, Bath, and Beyond with instructions to call and verify my phone number/delivery address, though I received no such email (neither in my inbox or spam). Apparently the phone number I used when placing my order was tied to an old email address that I hadn’t used in several years. While they did reorder the bedroom set, they did not honor the 15% discount I used when I initially placed the order and instead only gave me the site-wide 10% discount.
