I was disconnected on the return procedure, then they wanted me to ( on the scale from 1-5 how was it) I didn’t even get to finish the return procedure,, then finally talking to the 3 rd person she said I had to pay $10 for the return,,, ridiculous!! I will never order from overstock and will tell my friends the same!!! I will donate the items to charity….

This was my first purchase on overstock. I ordered a necklace but wanted to return it because it was too short. I was told I would be charged $10 for a label. I find that unacceptable. I kept the unwanted necklace but will NEVER buy from overstock again.
