I just bought new furniture and the furniture store had this rug online and I fell in love with it! However it was more expensive than I was wanting. I didn’t buy it! 2 weeks later I found the same rug by the same company for half the price. The rug is perfect. It’s so soft. I simply love it.

My order was canceled without my knowledge due to a "lack of confirmation" from overstock. At least that's what I was told by the processing department. After the fact that I had already paid for the confirmed order.

I ordered 6 dining chairs. This is my experience: rec’d 20 instead of 24 legs; other legs were mis-marked…front legs were marked back legs etc.; screws were sprayed with the same color when they were different lengths making assembly very difficult & time consuming. Your quality control is non existent. For all this inconvenience and stress, I was offered a 5% discount. How insulting!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM O.COM AGAIN.

I ordered a rug. I receiived an email it was being delivered, filled out a delivery survey, never got thr rug. I've sent two emails to service. No one is calling me or emailing me back. No call number For customer service.
