Color Is NOT as Pictured
Very disappointed with the color of the cushions I received. The website photos show a cream/neutral color, which is specifically why I selected this item. What I received is noticeably gray and looks completely different from the color advertised online. I contacted customer service and was told that the difference could be due to monitor color variations, but this is far beyond a slight variation in shade. Cream/neutral and gray are two distinctly different colors. Had the website accurately shown the actual color of these cushions, I would not have purchased them. The product photos should accurately represent what customers can expect to receive, especially when color is an important part of the purchasing decision. If you are looking for the warm cream/neutral shade pictured on the website, be aware that the actual cushions may be much more gray in person.
