easy ordering, fast delivery. The only negative is as that it was delivered a day earlier than expected so i needed to make arrangements for a neighbor to bring it inside.

I mean just awful. All I wanted want to do was to check when I would get my couch delivered because when I ordered it, the system said 2 days. Well, they haven't even sent me a tracking number and I can't use their software to check when it will arrive. I asked their customer support but it's an AI bot that does nothing and a real person only spent 2 mins with me, felt like I was not responding and then left within one minute.
