I was reluctant to purchase the couch because of the lack of review history and I should have trusted my gut. The couch is much much smaller than pictured. I am so very disappointed. If the return procedure wasn’t such a nightmare, I would most definitely return! Don’t order unless it’s meant to be for a tiny tiny space!

Love this chandelier! It’s perfect for a stairwell or high ceiling! Actually bought two because I loved the first one so much! If you have a big space to fill, this is the one for you and so cheap! It looks way more expensive when it’s hung!

The Christopher Knight faux leather manual recliner finally arrived today and I was beyond excited to finally get it! It’s a soft brown color and pretty. It fits well quite well although I was hoping it was a little bigger all around and taller for my neck. Its not. If you’re taller than 5’ 8’’ this is not the chair for you. My feet hang over the reclined foot rest and I have to put a lumber pillow behind my neck when I recline. I’m disappointed that there’s a 1 inch tear in the faux leather on the lower left side of the chair. Really, it’s supposed to be brand new. I clear taped it and it won’t be noticeable, but still, disappointed. How did that pass inspection, Overstock?! I took some pictures if interested. Since it was on sale I feel I got a fair price for it, but I wouldn’t pay full price for this. It’s not worth it. Super easy assembly though so that’s a plus.

Worst customer service ever. First & last time we will ever buy anything from them. Reaching out to their customer service to resolve an issue they have created is useless; they will tell you that they are not "authorized" to do anything. And if you ask to talk to the "authorized" ones, they will refuse to provide you with a number to call; they will only give you an email, and claim that you will get a response back within 24 hours. Well, 24 hours have passed several times already; don't expect to get a response back. What kind of business does this? In my experience, they are the worst. Also, be aware that they will charge you for shipping/returning an item regardless of whose fault it is. I highly recommend choosing another online retailer with better customer service and value to spend your money at.

Sales staff were welcoming and approached and gave info on available in the store. Another Sales staff checked on us if we need help and i discussed what i am looking for . We looked st the modular sectional, etc . We customized what i want and bought the living room furniture based on my needs. Sales staff were awesome and approachable. TY
