Loved the furniture, but the directions were quite difficult to follow. It took hours to construct the pieces.

Unfortunately, out of the two light fixtures I ordered, one was damaged enroute. The delivery man, with UPS, rang my doorbell to tell me it sounded like there was broken glass rattling around the box. Sure enough there was, so I refused delivery of that package. Customer Service was a surprise. I called right away and it was a very easy process. The replacement fixture arrived within days. It was such a smooth process and the rep herself was very pleasant to talk to. Both the delivery company and customer service I experienced will have me shopping at Overstock much more often. Truly an exceptional experience. Before I forget to add, the light fixtures are beautiful.

Knowing that both the delivery service and our team exceeded your expectations is wonderful, and we appreciate you sharing how smooth the entire process was for you. We are also delighted that you find the light fixtures beautiful now that they are in your home. Thank you very much for taking the time to share this positive feedback with us, and we look forward to welcoming you back for your future shopping needs.

Item arrived promptly. Structure of racks excellent for my use. Height not too tall/short. Assembly easy. Shabby chic feature consisted of knocking off paint in multiple areas. Since I will be utilizing these for succulents outside in California, I sealed those areas with rust retardant paint. I had the paint & this was easily done. I am very pleased with these racks & they will be utilized a long time.

We are glad you enjoyed your experience with our product and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your positive feedback. We are happy to hear that the prompt delivery, the convenient height, and the straightforward assembly process met your expectations so well. It is wonderful to know that the shelving units are a great fit for your outdoor succulent garden. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the distressed finish. We appreciate your resourcefulness in applying a protective sealant to those areas to prevent weathering in the outdoor elements. Your proactive approach ensures these stands will remain a durable and beautiful part of your garden for many years to come. Thank you again for choosing our product, and we hope it continues to serve you and your plants beautifully.
