Placed an order for $600. Woke up next day and you had cancelled my order with no explanation or reason why. I called 2 times, never received and an answer as to why this occured. Then emailed your Pro Dept to get answers, as instructed by agent--only to receive ZERO response from that dept after 2 emails. Then to top it off, you withheld the funds that was charged on my card and caused my account to go negative. I needed this order ina timely due to flying international and needed the item prior to departure. Guess what? Im showing up emptt handed!! Really really poor experience--all the way around. First and last time ordering from your company. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!

While looking for the perfect rug at the perfect price for our "new" entryway, identifying a quality brand is a daunting task. Safavieh does an excellent job with their hand knotted, wool rugs at a great price. I found Safavieh rugs on the Overstock website that I saw nowhere else. My order was turned around quickly!
Response from Overstock.comOct 24, 2026
We are thrilled to hear that you found the perfect high-quality rug for your entryway at a wonderful price! It is wonderful to know that our unique selection and fast shipping met your needs and made your shopping experience a success.
