The item ordered was exactly as advertised and promised
The item ordered was exactly what arrived. Arrival had been estimated for 10/31 and it arrived on 10/08, earlier than estimated. All tools necessary for assembly were included and it came with easy to follow directions. It look less than an hour to unbox and assemble and worked as advertised. The item was a loveseat sleeper sofa and it fit the space I ordered it for and worked as promised. It was the closest to "as promised" and "as advertised" as any item I have ever received from an online service. I am now considering a purchase for my living room as well.
