Great pricing....speed of delivery....

I placed my order on August 6. This morning your company refunded my purchase and canceled my order saying it was out of stock. Sort of funny though that the website said you had four available and when you canceled my order, it said you have five available. Also, the price went up by almost $400. I feel like you canceled the order so that you could mark it up. Now it’s gonna take approximately five business days for me to get my money back. I will never buy from your company again.

The colors that showed on website didn’t match what showed up. I will be keeping the rug only because returning it would be a pain.

LOVE THE QUICK SHIP …order …arrives.

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent product, with fast, and free delivery.

Time - early Delivery 10/7/26 = fine, speed-quick, Quality - fine, chairs comfortable COLOR compared to picture - TERRIBLE! I spent 6 months looking for golden tan chairs as pictured on computer. Got 2 light brown chairs. Called CAMEL...I hate them-distraction in my room.

**Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – Refusal to Make Even a One-Time Exception** I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with this company. The level of customer service I have received is unacceptable, especially considering the amount of money I spent. I contacted customer service immediately after placing my order, BEFORE the item was shipped, specifically to request a modification. However, the company failed to respond until AFTER the order had already been shipped. Despite making every effort to resolve the situation in advance, I was given absolutely no meaningful assistance. Instead, customer service repeatedly referred to their strict “final sale” policy without taking any responsibility for their delayed response or considering the circumstances. **We are talking about an approximately $700 purchase. That is a significant amount of money, and customers deserve more than automated-sounding responses and inflexible policies.** I am not demanding a refund or asking the company to absorb any additional costs. I have repeatedly offered to pay the price difference and all shipping expenses myself. **All I am asking for is a ONE-TIME EXCEPTION allowing me to exchange the item. Is that really too much to ask, especially when I contacted the company before the order was shipped?** A company should not hide behind its policies when a customer has made a reasonable request and the company's own delayed response prevented the issue from being resolved in time. I originally intended to become a regular customer, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. I find it deeply disappointing that a company would rather risk losing a customer than demonstrate even a small amount of flexibility and understanding. **I am publicly requesting that the company reconsider its decision and authorize a one-time exchange exception. I am willing to cover all associated costs.** Until this matter is properly addressed, I cannot recommend this website to anyone. Customers should think carefully before spending hundreds of dollars with a company that appears unwilling to consider reasonable exceptions, even when contacted immediately after an order is placed. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and provides a fair resolution rather than repeating the same policy without addressing the actual problem.
