Shipping was fast despite FedEx delay of about 24 hours. Great product for additional seating and works well as an ottoman too.

I ordered a 8X10 rug. It arrived in a small box because it was so thin, like a bedsheet and the graphics looked like they were spray painted on. It was an immediate return of whichh Overstock charged me $22 to return. I have taken the Overstock app off of my phone and will not bother to order again from this site that I have always loved to use.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We regret that the quality and appearance of the rug did not meet your expectations, and we recognize how frustrating it is. The rug will be refunded once your return is received.

I purchased a recliner and the shipping box arrived in shambles. Three large holes, original tape appeared to be cut all around, then additional tape poorly applied. All Seams on the box were compromised (ripped, crushed, etc.) Packaging greasy and dirty. I din’t even want to open the box! The item had to have been returned or reboxed. Not new. And probably damaged. So disappointing.
