The customer service agents were really nice and professional. Package arrived before the est.date. My overall experience was great I’ll definitely order from them again. 😊

I only ordered one chair, but received 2. I returned one but had to pay return shipping. Something is wrong - I will never deal with you again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that an extra item was sent due to being purchased on a separate account. The chair will be refunded once we receive your return.

Website is easy to use. I can't comment on the product yet as I haven't washed the sheets and put them on the beds. They feel very nice at the moment.

One end of the rug was wet when I removed it from the package. I did the chat to do a return and request a refund. The chat said it needed to go in the original packaging which is very difficult when the rug was rolled by a machine and now a human is trying to roll it back up to squeeze it back into the original packaging. I called in and was told to use a box. Where is a regular consumer going to find an 8 foot long box to put a rug in?! Made absolutely no sense. We did our best to squeeze it into the original packaging.
