Your website is designed well, as I like the try-on feature and simplicity of your content-layout. There may, or may not, have been too much blank (white) space behind the e-commerce products of vendors with whom you work and do business. Your customer service representatives -- when can be reached by phone -- are extraordinary. I like that he was patient and a great listener, and, could accommodate my needs both over the phone and in execution (I received my mail ON-TIME. Once the right pair of glasses were chosen, and, communicated. This is my first experience reviewing a company using Trustpilot. It too -- is easy an interface, and, inviting. Let me clarify: the email I sent you about having a temple broken off in 2022 is now, and was then, moot. (Disregardable, or does not matter). It was a process getting one item from you just once that I can remember, but I enjoyed writing you, trying on glasses, thinking about my selection, rethinking about my selection, editing my cart, and writing you emails (and of course, being called back as soon as possible by an agent of your small office I imagine. Perhaps you have a large office. I've no idea really. My supposition therefore is m-o-o-t. As is the email and worry I communicated about my temple and glasses being broken could you fix them. I do suggest -- you disclaim that any pair of RIMLESS glasses in your inventory are very delicate; mine (Oakley-transitions) fell apart very quickly, about which I became disgruntled. To boot, and in continuum of that last paragraph -- is it too late to receive a replacement pair of glasses as my Oakleys fell apart and I never complained it to anyone...? Too late? They were like a $350 three hundred-fifty dollar pair of merchandise. My RX has changed if you want to assist, then I will be happy to reply you again, above, with my updated glasses lense prescription. And THANK You for the opportunity to provide feedback. I probably purchased over 30 pairs of glasses in my lifetime - until I discovered the Overnight Glasses difference. Given it's the lens that matters - you really need to find the best lens cutters in the business - and have them fit their amazing lenses into a set of frames that you like. I actually don't know why I never thought about the Overnight Glasses solution before. When you talk about your vision - you really need to get the best - and the Overnight Glasses people are the best. Thanks.
