I was skeptical about having lenses put in my favorite frames. They came back perfect in less than a week and cost less than lenses at my local eyeglass shop. I would definitely use them again.

It was very comfortable. I did not even raise my butt from the sofa, while making this order. Quality is great. My next pair of glasses will be made through this company as well.

I left my glasses in a hotel on a trip and wasn't able to get them back, so I ordered a pair of glasses on overnightglasses.com. I placed the order at 12 noon on Wednesday and they sent me notice that they were complete and on their way to me by 7pm that night. They arrived in the afternoon of Thursday (the next day), and I realized that I mistyped my prescription. This was 100% my fault, and I figured I was going to be on the hook for the cost of the glasses, but I contacted support to make sure. Within an hour, I got a reply from Paul and he sent me a return label and told me to place a new order with the correct prescription and they would take care of it. It was after the cutoff time of 12pm PT, so he told me that the second pair might not arrive the next day (Friday), but I placed the order anyway and sent back the first pair of glasses. That evening I got an email saying that the second pair were shipping and would arrive the next day, and they did! After the returned pair arrived at Overnight Glasses HQ, they refunded my original order in full. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted for the exact price I wanted to pay, and the only cause for complaint (wrong prescription) was 100% my fault. I can't commend Paul and the Overnight Glasses team enough for doing everything they could to solve my issues and make me happy, even surpassing their own policies on the speed of processing/shipping the replacement glasses! I absolutely could not have asked for any better service. Thank you!

First of all, the glasses took over two weeks. When they finally did arrive the prescription was wrong. I wasted $250, I urge you not to do the same

My experience was frustrating and expensive. First, I did not get my glasses overnight. I was living in a pair of broken glasses and desperately needed new ones. It took three days to get the pair I ordered from Overnight Glasses. Second, the lenses were poorly made and arrived damaged! I had to send the glasses back and have new lenses made. So, I lived in broken glasses for another week. Third, when they finally arrived, the second set of lenses hurt my eyes so much that I was getting headaches and nausea. By this point, I just wanted to send the glasses back for a refund. But… guess what? Overnight Glasses won’t refund my money. They wanted me to send the glasses back to them again and have the lenses remade... for a third time. I decided to just keep the frames and call it a wash. A $600 wash. I’ll have them made into sunglasses or something. They’re cute RayBan frames but, what a waste! Don’t trust Overnight Glasses with your eyes. Just. Don’t. Answer to Overnight Glasses reply 7/5/2024… Maybe change the name of your company to 3 Day Glasses? I appreciate that you want another go at making my lenses, however, I got a pair from Zenni and not only were their delivery promises clear, I was able to wear the glasses from the get go without an adjustment period. They were also a far more reasonable price. By FAR more reasonable and a better product. Unless you are willing to refund my money, at least for the lenses, I’m not interested in trying your company again but I wish you luck in your future endeavors.

They say you will get your glasses the next day. It is true that they send your glasses overnight. However, what they don't tell you (until AFTER you submit your order) is that it takes a few days to make your glasses; Then they do overnight shipping. I called immediately to cancel once I found out it would take about 3 days to get the glasses. It took several tries to get a hold of them. They told me they were canceling the order. However, I was charged the full amount the next day. After a week, I noticed that I had not been refunded and there was no email stating that I would get a refund. To their credit, they refunded my money after I sent them an email. However, I should not have had to follow up in order to get the refund.

Order date: 5/3/2024 Most online eyewear stores can not handle my strong prescription. After lots of trial and error with other stores, overnight glasses took care of what I needed. I was surprised to see they even can handle stronger prescriptions than mine! I chose Seiko lenses, one of the best brands for progressives. I couldn't find any other online US store that offered Seiko, plus they have other excellent progressive lens brands to choose from. I couldn't be happier. Never thought I'd see the moon again so clearly at night…Thanks!

I sent my frames to Overnight to have new lenses inserted. Overnight did a beautiful job. They are like new with quality lenses. The service was excellent. I highly recommend them for all your eyeglass needs
