We have still not received our table top. It was never delivered and our fedex tracking number disappeared. We have two benches and no tip for our picnic table.

Hello, I am sorry for the wait on your table top. We looked into it and found that FedEx kept returning the package rather than delivering it, which is why the tracking dropped off. We have tried this three different times. That issue is now resolved, and we have arranged for a free replacement to be sent to you again. You will receive a new tracking number as soon as it ships so you can follow it the whole way. Once it arrives, you will have the tabletop to complete your set. The table we ordered arrived quickly and without ridiculous extra service fees for being delivered to a residential address. This was being used as a service project for a non-profit in combination with a memorial installation so that extra money was able to be spend on other needs. Table is very sturdy. Easy to put together. Should last a very long time.

Great packaging, instructions, fit, and finish once assembled. I would recommend. Just as good as what you would see commercially or in a park. I do wish there was a bright red.
