Hello, I am sorry for the wait on your table top. We looked into it and found that FedEx kept returning the package rather than delivering it, which is why the tracking dropped off. We have tried this three different times. That issue is now resolved, and we have arranged for a free replacement to be sent to you again. You will receive a new tracking number as soon as it ships so you can follow it the whole way. Once it arrives, you will have the tabletop to complete your set. Hello Jerry, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the mix-up with your order. You ordered the 4ft bench with backrest, but the version sent out was missing the backrest. As soon as you let us know, we shipped out the correct bench right away (delivered via FedEx) and asked you to keep the original one at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.
